Need Help To Change from Personal edition of Qlikview to Enterprise edition.

Hi,

We are using QlikView Desktop of 12.10( Personal edition).

Can you help us to Change to Enterprise edition. We are currently working as Qlikview Admin. So I am able to Access to QMC and access point as well.

Need to import .qvw files which is already developed by the other user’s and make changes in my local desktop.

For this Qlikview enterprise edition is required.

We have also have license key.

Can you please let us know if any further details required.

Hi Hareesh,

Do you have Named CAL in QMC with your AD. If not please add your AD as Named Cal and login again with your Named Cal license. You will be able get rid the Personal edition to Enterprise Edition.

Yes, lease a license from the server to get a full licensed desktop client:

Hello Hareesh,

To properly license QlikView Desktop from Personal Edition to the fully licensed version, you'll need to either apply a stand-alone QlikView Desktop license, All you need to know about licensing QlikView, or lease a license, following the steps Stefan provided.

If you're not sure how to add a Named CAL to your account, you'll need to open QlikView Management Console (QMC), and navigate to System > Licenses > QlikView Server > Client Access Licenses > Assigned CALs tab. Click the Manage Users icon and add your account, then click Apply.
