That would be a stacked bar chart, if you're talking about the gray on top of the blue

Hi this is stacked bar chart, for that you will required minimum Two measures and one dimension.

Its subtype is stacked and that what u find is the color variation.. That's it.

so you want the color to change when you put the cursor over it?  Unfortunately for bar charts there isn't a highlight option, and QV doesn't support a mouseover function as html does.

The best suggestion would be to create a stacked bar chart and set color gradients for the two colors
