Need a running sum

From 2 tabels (Bank account and Forecast)  I have the following information.

Date (T1 and T2)	Current Account Balance (T1)	Forecast (T2)	Running Sum
01/01	100	50	100
02/01	110	90	110
03/01	0	0	110
04/01	0	50	160
05/01	0	- 40	120
06/01	0	0	120
07/01	0	80	200

I need a running sum (03/01) from the moment the last Current Balance is know.  How can this be calculated?
