OUTPUT: If I select 1218 from ID field I WANT OUTPUT LIKE BELOW:

EXPRESSION:CONCAT({1<SID=P(ID)>}ID)

Thanks for ur reply,

I am getting CONCAT(Distinct {1<MID=P(ID)>}SID, ',') and COUNT fieldS but not getting SID and MID values.
