Need to change the service name of DB

Hi - We have a service name xxx which is being used by our qlikview. Our dbas are now changing that servicename to xxx to yyy. By any chance do you where to change the value from xxx to yyy.

I will actually change/add the new yyy value to tnsnames.ora file in the c:app\oracle\network\admin.

But I believe in qlikview app it needs a change as well to reflect from xxx to yyy. Can you please help me out on this? I am a newbie, so please provide the answer with more details.
