Hi All,
I have a pivot table which is collapsed.
In Qlik access point, when the user expands any of the column by clicking on '+' and tries to launch the application again after sometime. This expanded view is retained in their session.
Instead users doesn't want the previous expanded view to be retained when they launch application the next time.
Is there any option to collapse the view during every launch of the application?
This behaviour is caused through the global QMC option of session recovery which is usually useful. You may disable it or teach your user that they could "Remove the last document state" within the access point which is behind the small green link of "view details" by each application.

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for your response.
Is there any option available in the application level to achieve this?

Madhu
AFAIK, no - whereby like above mentioned the users could remove the last document state with two really quick clicks within the access point. Another possibility - IMO not really more practically - would be that those users create an own bookmark which they call after opening the application.

Thanks Marcus for your inputs. I will check the options and update this thread
