Need to customer wise time variance by From and To

Dear All

I need to find the customer wise time difference for a salesman.

Example: A Salesman daily meeting more than 50 customer for  first customer as From and second customer as To and time variance of each customer should be calculated.

Please refer the bellow screen shot for better understanding.

The red highlighted column is customer code for me its should come as  from customer and To customer in two column and time difference between these two customer need to calculate.

Kindly help me to achieve this issue
