Newbie question

I have looked for answers but can't find what I want.    

I've created a new QVW based on an extract from our service management tool and have three tabs each of which have a different view of the extract however I've found that if I make a selection from a field I've added to the sheet every other sheet also reflects that selection.

I'm sure I can avoid this but I don't know how.

Appreciate any help on this.

You can use different alternate states on each of your three sheets so that selection in one sheet do not carry over to the other sheet.
