I have an error in my QMC,

"No QlikView Engine was available after waiting for 45 minutes",

i found in the community a post that is telling me to go to the place in the picture below:

But i can't find it on my server, see the picture below:

Can you please go to Status->Services and send us the screenshot whether you have all services available.

Did you check this? may be something like "Timeout" settings if services are running fine!!

I need the QVW to run insted it is seems like running but nothing happen after 45 it's just fails'

i need to allocate more engines but i dont know how see the the upper post.
