Hey Deepak,

I fixed this error. For me, it was related to a lack of memory, which was causing the Directory Services Connector to fail. I looked in the DirectoryServicesConnector logs (C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DirectoryServiceConnector\Log) and found the following message:

Warning     Search aborted: no resources available

I looked in the Task Manager and saw that my memory (2GB) was 100% utilized. This was a virtual machine, so I allocated more RAM and everything worked out fine.

Hope this helps.

Restarting the QlikView service helped for me, at least temporarily.  See also Getting "No connection" message when trying to open a document from webpage.
