Hi Friends,
When the user is trying to open a Qlikview application in access point, its a blank page.
Only one application is causing this problem , all other applications are fine to access. After the restart of the Qlivkiew services the user can access the application for some time that too very slow and again the issue persists.
Cleaned up the history Qvd files, still the same problem.
Please help me out. Quite urgent.
Is it completely blank page or is it showing any sheets with blanks?
Try in reinstall your IE plugin also the application image view is display to you or not in the access point.

No Image is displayed.. Sometimes throws an error message "Failed to open document for unknown reasons"
Change its mounting folder and re publish the application then check in the access point may be its network file deleted.

Can you monitor a RAM increase while a user opens the document for the very first time?
How big (in size) is the application?

Total Run Time - 1.35 hrs
When i open the document inside server with Qlikview tool, i don't face any issues. Its fast. Only problem while accessing in access point
