Not able to access the access point page from another system ?

Hi,

I am new to QlikView. I am using Windows 2003 system with 4GB ram on 32 bit system..

I am using QlikView 11, I able to login in Access point with the  http://localhost/qlikview/index.htm

But when I am try to access it from any another system by http://MY_IP/qlikview/index.htm..The login page is come with loading

its doesnot show any report..(plz find the attachment for detail)

Please tell me the right way to solve this problem..

Hi,

Is your server running the QlikView Web Server or the IIS? In any case, do the users have permissions on the folders where the QVW documents and Server files are stored? (Server files can be found in the QMC, System, Setup, QlikView Web Server, Ajax tab).

Is the Windows 2003 computer running any firewall software that is not allowing the web server port to be available to all users?

Does the server work when in the same server you use the IP instead of "localhost"?
