Not able to send mail

Give following error message ,when try to send mail using publisher

yesterday it was working fine

Try restarting you DSC (Directory Service Connector) service. I might be that it does not "find" the users that shoud be receiving an email.

Oh, sorry. You are distributing emails based on data from a field (Email), correct? It seems that QV is not able to find any addresses in the field Email.

If I look through the logs:

11/4/2015 17:01:27.6548100 Warning Searching using "EmailAddress" using parameter "Email" skip because no values were found

11/4/2015 17:01:27.6548100 Warning Dynamic distribution returned no recipients using "EmailAddress" using parameter "Email".

11/4/2015 17:01:27.6548100 Information Searching using "EmailAddress" using parameter "Email" returned nothing

Says that there are no email recipients mentioned.

Please try and verify if you have mentioned valid recipient email addresses. And also check if the SMTP port is working fine on the server (try pining the IP of the machine with SMTP port and check if goes through).
