Not connecting in IE (Access point with Public IP)

Dear Team,

We have provided credentials for access point (public ip) to customer, he can able to connect the access point in other browsers like firefox and crome but not in IE. Do we need to change any settings in QMC for this? He wants to connect access point in IE also.
