Notes to specific people

Hi there,

I'm developing a dashboard that requires to be visible to a large group of people (100+) but only a fraction will require the notes and annotations functionality (10-15). As such the group of people sharing notes is still large enough to make writing each name in the field box tiresome. I'm thinking of having a Group Name made up containing the list of participants and have that feed the Specific People field.

Has anyone tried this before? Did it work for them?

are you able to create domain groups for this?

That's the idea.

Won't be able to make them till tomorrow though due to access issues.

Wanted to get ahead and see if anyone had tried and succeeded/failed already.
