Nprinting file sorting

Hi ,

I have a general nprinting question.

I have got some 4 Nprinting Tasks that generates 4 files across 20 organisations.

Each organisation  should contain 4 files.

I need to email the report to the user with these files.

My problem is I have to go manually copy these  files and paste it across all the 20 organisations.

When i am running the task I am giving the Task 1 output  folder within 20 organisations.

                                                                 Task2  output  folder within 20 organisations.

                                                                  Task 3 output  folder within 20 organisations.

                                                                   Task 4 output  folder within 20 organisations.

Is there any easy way I can adapt?

any help pls.
