Number of working days between two dates with Second & Fourth Saturday as non working days

Dear Experts,

I want to calculate number of working days between two dates with

• Second & Fourth Saturday as non working days,
• All Sundays as non working days,
• List of holiday's

Tried using NetWorkDays() formula in script, but all Saturdays are considered as holidays.

Is there any way to map above three conditions in script?
