Object is not displayed for one user Access Point

Hi everybody!

I would like to ask why an object is not displayed for a particular user in access point?.

This is the complete dashboard, there I have 3 objects stuck together (I can see it without problems in access point):

The user can only see one of them:

The user has 16GB of RAM, more than me.

The dashboard is reloaded every 5 minutes.

Please can you tell me any idea about the reason of this behaviour. Thank you!.

Do objects 2 and 3 have a Condition Show set?
