One Filter many fields

I have patient healthcare data.  I would like to create ONE filter that affects many fields.

That is:  Suppose I have a master calendar (Year and Month).

When I select the year and month I want to see anything that may have happened during that period.

My Table looks like this:

PatientID (primary key)

PatientTransplantDate1  (blood transfusion therapy - could be given over multiple dates)

PatientTransplantDate2

PatientCarTDate1  (CAR-T infusion Therapy - given over multiple dates)

PatientCarTDate2

PatientCarTDate3

+ [200 more variables]

All of these date fields are on one (horizontal) table.   Any way to have one date selector to see which patients had any of these events during a chosen month?    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

My solution is to split the table and call each date field an "EventDate" - but that would mean architecting the whole application (hundreds of variables and 50+ charts).   That is not ideal - nor is incorporating set analysis on every chart.
