Only one value can be selected from the listbox or none

Hi ,I want user to select one value at a time for branch number or no value in the list box

always select one value in the list box  option making me select by default one value.

one more issue,i have couple of other filters too like region ,channel

i canot sum up the value to the top if i select always one value option

it's working fine but if we have many filters i canot add actions for all of them

i have region and branchname,i can add it to one level but not for all the filters.
