try to set a trigger on this field, The trigger must be configured to this field in "On Select" (and maybe "On Change") as Select on field (your target field) and the value must be Only([your field]). So, if you do not select only one value, the selection will be void (clearing selections on this fields). It is a little bit tricky,but do its job.
