Hi all,
I have a little question.
I have a dashboard that reloads every 30 minutes.
If I'm connected to the dashboard (accesspoint) I get the message "reconnecting..." after the reload was done.
Is it possible that the user stays connected to the old dashboard. He should only reconect to the new dashboard if het get out of the dashboard and in the dashboard or if e refreshes his page (F5)
Is this possible?
Regards,
Kris
Check the value of the 'Refresh Mode when Document is Updated on Server' setting on the Server tab in the Document Properties window of your qlikview document. And on the server in the QMC uncheck the option "allow only one copy of the document in memory".
Do you mean in this tab?
No, see this discussion for the relevant screenshots: Stop reloads from refreshing documents in use
Thanks Gysbert,
It is in the doc-propertys in my develop-tool and on the server.
But what settings do I need to choose?
These are my settings.
And after a reload I get the message.
Regards,
Kris
