Option to capture the previous selection made

Hi All,

We have an application which displays the data as per the value selected in a list box.

Currently, we have a requirement to clear all other fields whenever a new value is selected from that list box.

Is there any option to verify whether the selection is changed and set an action accordingly? Or any other way to achieve this? Please help
