Order Bar Chart by value

Hi,

I have created a Bar Chart on my Qlik Document that pulls the dimension as IT_User (Analyst Name) and the expression of

count(if(closedate = vTODAYS_DATE, callref)), which pull out the count of the call reference number is the call was closed today.

This gives me an idea of which Analyst closed the most amount of calls today.  However what I want to do is the following:

1) Order the Bar Chart so its show the person who has closed most calls and then goes down the list in a decending order

2) I only want to pick the top 5 people who have closed the most amount of calls.

Can this be done?

Regards,

Jon Ditchfield

1. In the Sort pane, select "y value", descending as the sort.

2. Use the Dimension limits pane to limit to top 5. (If you are on V11, otherwise use rank()).

Thanks for the help Rob.  It has however brought through a new field called Others.  Is there a way to get rid of that?
