Order a Table Pivot

Somebody can help me? I have a problem: how can to order the table pivot in the attched sample for the column "Var. %" descending.

I want to get a table like the file .txt attched.

Hi. Your txt file wasn't attached, so I couldn't see how exactly you wanted it, but under sort you can write expression under e.g. State and have it sorted by the expression instead of Y-value.
