Overlapping negative amounts on bar charts

Hello,

After the upgrade from 11 to 12 version on Qlik we have noticed one problem with some of the negative values on charts where we have calculated buckets ( placed as one of the detentions) .

Attached are the examples. It looks like there are shown two values but should be only one - the total of all buckets.

Can someone help me how to fix this?
