as per you qvw ,i can see  on count distinct gives correct result

sum(TAT)/Count(distinct FABOUT_TM)

for example

11.590.181.7617.936.3312.16
0.700.101.9916.453.511.03
0.650.131.8718.946.241.05
0.630.163.4817.842.171.04
0.44-0.7821.311.040.04
0.41-1.1733.591.830.04
0.43-0.789.350.190.12
0.500.101.0814.692.131.24
0.450.111.0211.312.000.92
0.390.071.0211.411.610.93
0.580.091.0310.681.670.97
1.520.121.4516.682.611.78

calculate below averages it will show you correct figure
