Partial sums not sitting with data group

Hi All,

I am having a little trouble with some partial sums, I have a pivot table that is displaying the top 6 items of one dimension and the top 10 of the second dimension.  Within this table I want to have a total for the second dimension as a partial sum.

This is working fine except for 3 of the dimensions I am getting the partial sum as its own row away from the initial data

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to rectify it?  It seems very odd that it is only happening on a couple of dimensions and not all of them,
