Pivot Table Missing total with dimension along top

Hi,

Hope this is an easy one where I am being stupid...

I have a pivot table with a dimension along the top.  I would like a total row at the bottom of that but it seems to only let me do this if I change it to a straight table or remove the dimension from along the top.

Attached is an example.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Paul
