Pivot Table Ranking

Hi There,

How it is possible to perform a ranking on a child count for an adult using a pivot chart expression?

e.g.

Adult Total Children Child1 Child 2 Child 3+
adult1 2 1 1 0
adult2 4 1 1 2
adult3 6 1 1 4
adult4 1 1 0 0

Is there some quick function that can manage this?
