Dear community,
a pivot table i made 2 days ago, seems to be "stuck". one month is not able to collaps again, after it was opened for the 2nd time.
the pivot table works fine, all calculations work, and other months do not have this problem (They open and close fine).
There are no selections at that time, users have read only access.
As you can see in the picture, next to "Gesamt" (which means "total" in german) is the +, which operates the line for Jan 13.
The entire january and the 13. day (of course, it had to be a 13.!) do no collaps again. The "+" changes to "-" and vice versa, but nothing happens.
QV 9.0 @ Windows 7
When i create the same table again, same thing happens after a while.
Did someone encounter the same Problem ?
Is there a sollution or a workaround ? Its annoying
I remember encountering this or something very similar, though I think in some v9 version. For me, closing and reopening the file fixed it, at least for a while. I don't remember coming across a solution or workaround, but I also don't remember it happening since we upgraded to v10. I don't know which version you're on, and maybe I've just been lucky since the upgrade.
oh, im sorry,
forgot to mention some details:
QV 9 SR 5.
closing, saving/not saving and reopening does not help. when i close and reopen (without saving), the problem comes back after 2-3 expand/collaps actions.
Glad to hear that this seems to be solved in QV 10, im thiknking about an update to v10. 11 ist just too nwe and unproven.
thanks,
Alex
problem still occures in QV11 when opening qvw which were made with QV9.x
QV11 documents dont seem to have this problem.
