Pivot Table subtotals

I have a pivottable which has some N/A data - which is what I want.  However, the subtotals line shows N/A because of this.  Is there a way I can fix this? the below table kinda gives a visual representation of my data

So the attribute field is a selection.  Currently see how the total for cust 1 shows N/A because one of the fields is N/A. I need it to give me a subtotal regardless of N/A.
