Pivot table aggregation issue.

My report looks like this. it is pivot table chart..

The first 3 columns are dimensions and last column is sum(amount) expression.

I need to change the way 3rd column looks like.

The customer "Natiello Ernesto:Kitchen" has 3 invoices with item "Cabinets:Cabinet Pulls" but this report has aggregated the amount for all 3 invoices for this customer and shown as one row.

Is there any way I can show

Cabinets:Cabinet Pulls

                                      Castillo, Eloisa:Utility Room               127.00

                                      Castillo, Eloisa:Utility Room                100.80

                                                                  Total                         227.80

                                      Natiello Ernesto:Kitchen                             0

                                      Natiello Ernesto:Kitchen                             0

                                      Natiello Ernesto:Kitchen                        52.91

                                                                 Total                            52.91

I cant view your file on my machine so I'm trying to guess the solution.

Do not use the aggregation sum() in the formula! Or use an extra dimension such as [Invoice date] before the expression column. Try one of them, I think it will work. Thanks

If i do not use aggregation sum () then my pivot table comes up empty.

If I use date then date will be grouped like CustomerFullName ...right?

For some reason, I cannot identify the issue. May be you need to reload your application and save it them upload it again.

Your application is working fine I created a normal table to check the transactions without making aggregation but I found only one record for:

Cabinets - Cabinet Pulls - Castillo, Eloisa:Utility Room. only one record for the amount of 227.80

I also checked the table and its recorded once.

you can also go back to your datasource and find out if this is correct or not

I can upload the file again because Cabinets - Cabinet Pulls item has many customers.
