Pivot table allignment

I have a pivot table where i need to use expression with out any count or sum..

Could you please look at the attachment and suggest me please

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. It sounds like you are really using the number as a dimension and not an expression.

Hi thanks for the response,

Yes my dimensions are numbers and text .. AreaID & KPICateogory

and in the expression i am using numden(which is also nunber), i dont want to apply any count or sum on this feild.

Any suggestion

What is that you want to see in the NUMDEN expression ? Give us an expected output you are looking for this? You want the minimum number or max number or what exactly you want ?

Hi,

Try to use Only(NUMDEN) in the expression.

Try with Min(NUMDEN) or Max(NUMDEN)

I think the only and min and max do not work because there are many values for NumDen still for each AreaID and KPI.

Maybe using NumDen as a dimension, then you can use the Only function. If it were a straight table you could then hide the dimension. I think maybe you could play with the pivot table style to get this to work.

I could be pointing you the wrong way. The solution isn't obvious to me.
