Dear community,
In pivot table, how can i show only one "2008" at the top row (By Year)?
Thanks and best regards,
Chanel
You can write like
sum({<Year = {2008} >} Sales)
in this you get only 2008 data
Hope this helps
Thanks for your reply but sorry that miss attached the image.
I just want to show 2008 once, instead of showing in each column...
Just try using PIVOT selected
Hi,
If data for months is for same month like for 12 months then year will be single cell i suggest once try to make a pivot chart again and if possible provide sample application with few data and with pivot table.
Thanks & Regards
Thanks for your response again.
I have solved this by having formula at Year dimension.
example formula: =if(Year >= $(=max({1} Year))-2, Year)
I have solved this by having formula at Year dimension.
for extra knowledge, would you share what is PIVOT selected?
Any button or setting that i should configure?
In Presentation properties, you will have a option as 'Allow Pivoting' with checkbox...
If you enable it, you can drag the dimensions and expressions in horizontal or vertical alignment.
thanks for your explanation but this is not my question. Anyhow, i have solved it!
