Pivot table dimension labels

How do I change the position of the label on the second dimension of the following pivot table.  I would like to remove it or have it appear above -

I Assume, you may have done with Cross Table. So, I Would read to suggest you to create flag

Load *, 'Region' as Region

From <Source>;

Then, Use this Direct for dim and try transpose

OR else

Another way is You can create calc dim like ValueList('Region') and then use like above

Follow what Anil Has suggested, There is a  simple solution to remove it. Rename it in the Label Section.

Instead of Region just put <Space Bar>.

You can add a third dimension between your two dimensions like this

Local_authority

'Region' -> New Dimension with only text Region

Region

Then pivot the 2nd and 3rd dimension by dragging them to the top
