Pivot table with a lot of Dimensions - Add scroll bars or is it possible to set an expression between two dimensions?

Hi

I have a Pivot Table with 16 Dimensions and the Pivot Table is bigger than my Screen

Now my Question is can I use Scrollbars in a Pivot Table?

Replace some of these Dimensions with an expression is only a option when I can set expression between multiple dimensions.

E.g. It should look like this:

Dimension     Dimension          Expression     Expression     Dimension     Dimension          Expression     Expression

          SFC_1          Component_1     DATE_1          TIME_1          SFC_2          Component_2     DATE_2          Time_2

                                                                                                  SFC_3          Component_3     DATE_3          TIME_3

So I want to show that SFC_2 and SFC_3 are installed in SFC_1

thanks in advance,

Philipp

You can't place expressions between dimensions in a pivot table. In a straight table you can do that. You could try to create calculated dimensions for the expressions. Those will be shown with the dimensions in a pivot table. If you have more columns then fit the width of the pivot table then you should get a scroll bar, but only for the expressions. The pivot table will resize itself to show all dimension columns.

Hey guys,

I am given a task to calculate the frequency of calls across a territory. If the rep called a physician regarding the sale of the product 5 times, then frequency is 5 and HCP count is 1....I generated frequencies from 1 to 124 in my pivot table using a calculated dimension which is working fine. But my concern is :

My manager wants frequencies till 19 in order from 1..2..3..4...5..6.....19...

And from the frequency 21-124 as 20+.

I would be grateful if someone helps me with this.....Eager for the reply....
