I want create a pivot table like :

		2012		2011		2010		Total
		A	B	A	B	A	B	A	B
ABC	Rep	2	4	5	6	7	0	14	10
	Com	1	3	4	9	0	0	5	12
	Total	3	7	9	15	7	0	19	22
ABD	Rep	0	0	12	65	34	6	46	71

Any idea or way to do it.
