Place image in a chart based on a date and country

Hi Community,

Quick question here. I have been trying to plot images in a chart based on dates and countries.

I have a list of products with expected launch dates by country, What I would like to do is to be able to place an image (product logo) in respective country and month where the product is going to be launched.

Something similar to the image below:

Attached is a sample table with the information displayed in the chart above. Any insight on how to achieve this?

You can not use image as background of bar chart*which I believe you are referring too).
