Possible to have a vertical scroll on an image in a text box?

I have a text box that I have set the properties to display a png image.  I don't have much real estate on my page, so I'm trying to enable scrolling as I would on text.  Doesn't seem to work.  Is this possible and if so, can someone share how?

What exactly you are trying to achieve? Did you try selecting Keep Aspect in your image stretch drop down in text box properties?

I tried all the options (keep aspect, fill, fill with aspect, no stretch) and nothing works.  I'm trying to have the image that is too small to read clearly in the text box space - I can't enlarge the text box due to limited real estate - be scrollable.

If this was simply text I could enable the scrollbars and scroll up and down in the limited space to read my text.  But this is an image, and I can't seem to get scroll bars to work to allow me to scroll up and down on the image that is too small to read.
