Problem Loading .CSV data

I am loading monthly data into a document and it keeps returning.

Cannot open file 'S:\Management Information Team\Cross Division Reporting\Monthly Reports\2015\11-November\00 Data Files\MI1511_100D_ADT_LDM_Due_*.csv' The system cannot find the file specified.

I have checked the path and the actual file name both of which are correct.

Any ideas

Are you loading it using Qlikview Desktop? Or using Qlikview Server? If the latter check that the service account used can access that file using that path.

Hi,

No the file in question had been closed for around 15 minutes prior to use.

Is it a mapped drive?  If so, you might have to use an IP address or Server name, rather than a drive letter.

It also looks like it could be relative path.  Relative Paths only work if the QVW file stays in the location it was originally saved in.  For example, if you have a QVW on a server and you move it from it's location and put it in a new location, like the desktop, the relative path won't work.

Hope those help,

Nate
