Hello I have a problem opening a document on a user who has Windows Seven. It can not open a single application (it can open all other normally which has access). Other users open the same application without problem. Here's the error message that it has (see picture) Does anyone has encountered the problem? Thank you for your help. Good day
If you're using IE8 and QVS 8.5 you should make sure you're running QVS 8.5 SR6. You should also make sure that IE being run isn't the x64 version and that the user has the right permissions on IE, try adding the QV url as a trusted address.
