Problem With IBM (DB2) connection

Hi everyone ,
I'm new consultant in Qlikview and I have a problem with one of my clients.

In the server , I have an application , reloading works randomly.

this is what I have in log file :

Error: SQL##f - SqlState: 28000, ErrorCode: 8018, ErrorMsg: [IBM][Pilote ODBC System i Access]Echec de liaison. comm rc=8018 - CWBSY1040 - Accréditations de connexion Windows non disponibles, Password length = 0, Prompt Mode = Never, System IP Address = 192.168......

someone can help me please ?

The error message seems to indicate that you are trying to use integrated security (Windows authentication) against the IBM DB2 database which DB2 is not set up to handle. Do you know if the DB2 server is running on Windows and that it is set up for integrated (Windows Authentication / Active Directory use) ?

If not you will have to provide a username and a password as your credentials in your ODBC connection in QlikView...

best regards

Petter

Thank you for your answer. I provided the credentials.
The thing that is strange is that sometimes it work and sometimes not.
I'll check in the coming days .
