Problem in with management console

Hi,

Some strange problem occurred in the QMC in the User Document section (in the Document tab,) when one QVW "lost" its tabs (e.g. Reload, Document CALs...).

I tried to remove this QVW from the root folder, but it still appears in the QMC.

It is a problem, since this QVW "keeps" its CALs. How can I make the QMC to gain control on this QVW?

The solution we found was to delete the .pgo files (which responsible for the licenses, named CAL and Document CAL).

It should be done as follows:

1. turn sown the Qlikview Server service

2. delete all .pgo files in the root folder

3. delete all .pgo files in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

4, turn on the Qlikview Server service

Caution: this actions will delete all the assigned Documnet CALs and Named CALs, and they should be assigned again.
