Some problem in QMC, document tab

Hi.

I have strange problem in the Document tab of the Management Console: when I click on some of my QVW names, I can't see anymore the related tabs, such as "Documents CALs", "Reload" etc.

Any idea what can the problem be?

Just for information. we use QlikView Server initial release.

Thanks,

Guy

The solution we found was to delete the .pgo files (which responsible for the licenses, named CAL and Document CAL).

It should be done as follows:

1. turn sown the Qlikview Server service

2. delete all .pgo files in the root folder

3. delete all .pgo files in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

4, turn on the Qlikview Server service

Caution: this actions will delete all the assigned Documnet CALs and Named CALs, and they should be assigned again.

Regards,

Guy

Hi Guy :

We have found some problems with corrupt .shared files. Try to delete shared file related to your qvw file and try again using Management Console.

Hope it helps

Hi,

No, it doesn't help. I see now that there are old documents that re-appear in the in the document tab in the QMC.

I think it might be connected to some .pgo file (e.g. IniData.pgo in the root folder) that get corrupted.
