Problem regarding Exporting Excel File through User Interface.

Hi All,

I need some help regarding Exporting Excel Files through User Interface.

Users want to export Data above 3 lacs records in Excel File or CSV File

through User Interface but they are not able to do it.

We have Extended the Export Memory Limit in the Qlik View Server upto 2GB

.Still the Error is being displayed as 'Out of Virtual and /or Logical

Memory ,allocating 2 MB'.

when I am exporting the Same Excel file at developer site then I am able

to export the data.

At the Client machine the RAM is 2GB only. Is this issue coming because

the RAM is less at client's Machine.

Please also have a look at the attached sheet with this mail.These are

client Machine's Configurations.

I have noticed the same thing with our version of QV8.5. 

I'm trying to export 526,000 rows of data from a table into Excel.  What would help us both understand this problem is....is the restriction due to the memory on the client's desktop or is it limited by the Export Memory Limit in the QV Server Management Console?

Our client's desktops have 2 gigs of RAM and the server is limiting the export to 32 megs.  Problem?

Erika - Is the client's machine on 32bit or 64bit OS? I am assuming that they are using windows XP.

Have you found any solutions to this issue?

My client pc is running in a 32bit OS.

When trying to export a large pivot table to csv the virtual memory eventually appears. It doesn't appear when exporting small tables.

If a solution has been found does it have to be applied on server or client pc? And how?

Client is using 32bit OS .Windows XP.
