Problem when exporting to excel

Hi

I have recently migrated from Qlikview 9 to Qlikview 11. I have a problem when exporting data from a app from both Qlikview Desktop and from the webpage. When I export to excel some of my columns that contain numbers and displayed as text so I cant run queries on them. Also dates don't look correct either and cannot be filtered. When exported from a version 9 client this isn't a problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

Hi

Yes they have changed the export formats.

You have to override the format for the fields you like to have in different format than text.

Menu - Document Properties - Tab Number . Here you can see all fields in your app. Choose your field(s) and change default Number Format settings.
