One of my clients have the following error message when trying to access the access point.
Does anyone know hoe to correct it please?

Yes, i have tried that twice. Other users can access it without a problem

I have just asked him to try that (Via email). I think he workd remotely so i am not sure how long it will take him to try this.
Would it matter if he's trying to access it remotely?

Hi. ok, he tried that and it seems to have gone further. Now he can get logged into the access point, but he cant see any documents.
I have just checked their server and he has been assigned a doc cal for a particular QVW but it doesnt appear.
Any ideas:?
I have double checked his name and it has been inputted correctly.
Are you sure there is no error while loading the access point page? If not, then this is an access rights matter, you should check in the distribution list that this user is included, as well as in section access within the report itself.

There is no section access on the qvw that he needs access to.

ok, i think i have it. he wasnt part of a group needed to view the contents of the live folder.
