Hi all,
Actually User getting problem while opening the application in access point he got a error "Failed to open this document. don't have access to open this document". But when he tried to open the application in access point using his credential in other system which was using IE8 , then he able to open the application. But in his system he upgraded with IE10 plugin so we found this is a problem. But user is not willing to downgrade his version IE8.
Is there any solution Please help me resolving the issue.

Check QV version and try to upgrade QV instead.
