Hi,
I experience some problems with my container objects in my QlikView documents...
The problem is that my object shuts down (in fact the object gets minimized) sometimes when I change between my objects under this container object. I can easily open the container object once again, but I do not understand why the object have this behaviour...
Is this a known problem? Have anyone of you experienced the same problem? ... and is there any way to config any setting that solves this slight problem/bug?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Filip
Hi,
Try opening the container properties -> presentation tab, and changing the container type to grid.
Kind regards,
Aisling
Have you tried unselecting the Allow minimize / maximize settings in Layout tab?
Yes, it is unselected.
But I don't want to present it like a grid I want to display the objects under the container as single objects, and switch between objects as tabs.
Maybe unselecting "Allow minimize" and "Auto minimize" on Caption tab under the object's proporties that is sorted under the container object... I'm trying that now.
To get this effect in my own dashboard I have created a text object for container with additional text
object tabs included. With action Set Variable on each tab e.g., Variable =
vReportTab, Value = 6 and used conditions under layout for each chart
coinciding with the tab value.
e.g.
if($(vReportTab)=6,1,0)
Not sure if there is a simpler way to achieve the same with containers.
Version of QV?
is a bug of the versions lower than 11.2 SR3
11.2 SR1...
But hopefully, my previous comment will help (it seems so):
Maybe unselecting "Allow minimize" and "Auto minimize" on Caption tab under the object's proporties that is sorted under the container object... I'm trying that now.
Bug update to SR3
